Please read and agree to the following terms and conditions before using the Career Change Support Service provided
by j Career Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, “we,” “our,” or “us”)

■Job posting referrals

  1. Our company is responsible for helping you find a job that matches your needs and abilities as soon as possible.
  2. We cannot refer companies in which strikes have occurred or job openings that violate laws and regulations.
  3. (This does not guarantee that it is not illegal.)
  4. We do not discriminate in any way based on race, nationality, creed, sex, social status, family origin, previous occupation, or membership in a labor union.

■The following acts by registrants are prohibited

  1. Providing false information to us or the employer, or not stating the period of leave or gap in employment, etc. Providing incomplete information.
  2. Using the information provided by us beyond the purpose of our service, or leaking or disclosing such informationto a third party,
  3. In the event of a violation of laws or public order and morals, or the possibility of such violation, or damage due to information leakage, etc., you may be required to pay compensation.
  4. Unauthorized damage, loss, use, duplication, copying, or disclosure of information obtained or acquired from us without our consent.
  5. Undergoing applicant screening or joining the company by directly contacting an employer that has been referred by us without our consent.
  6. Interfering with the business or operations of our company or other employers, or damaging the social trust and reputation thereof.
  7. Infringing the copyrights, property rights, trade secrets, reputation, personal information, etc. of our company or related parties.
  8. Transferring or allowing a third party to use the ID and password of the information management system provided by our company.

■Compliance for registrants

In order to refer suitable jobs to registrants in accordance with Article 5-7 of the Employment Security Act and to
maintain a relationship of trust with registrants and smoothly provide this service, we ask registrants to comply with the
following. If cooperation cannot be obtained, we may have no choice but to temporarily suspend the provision of this
service to the registrant in question.

  1. Compliance with the terms and conditions stipulated in this Agreement.
  2. Provide personal information necessary for the provision of the service as requested by us.
  3. Prepare your resume and curriculum vitae accurately, including periods of leave of absence and gaps in employment.
  4. Do not copy, sell, publish, or otherwise use the information obtained through the service beyond the scope of its private use.
  5. Do not use the service for commercial activities of information provision, sales activities, proselytizing, etc.
  6. Do not directly contact the employing company referred through our service, undergo applicant screening, join the company, or enter into a subcontracting agreement without our consent.
  7. Do not engage in any acts that violate public order and morals.

After entering into a labor contract with an employer for an indefinite period of time based on the use of the service,
the registrant agrees in advance, if our company inquires about the registrant’s employment status with the employer
in accordance with Article 32-16 (3) of the Employment Security Act, to respond to the inquiry regardless of whether or
not he or she is an employee at the time of the inquiry.

In accordance with Article 32-13 of the Employment Security Act and Article 24-5 of the Enforcement Rules of the same
Act, the following items are indicated.

■How we handle personal information

  1. Purpose of Using Personal information
  2. We collect and use personal information to meet the following purposes.
  3. However, in the event that personal information is not provided, we may be unable to guarantee full and satisfactory recruitment services.
  4. Providing Personal information to third parties
  5. We don’t provide personal information to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
  6. Outsourcing Personal information
  7. We don’t provide personal information to outsourcing contractors without your consent.

■Privacy Policy

  1. Collection, use, and distribution of personal Information must abide by personal information protection control system and its related rules.
  2. Personal information may only be used within the scope of specified purposes and must not be used for other purposes.
  3. The company must take organizational, technical, personal, and physical measures given they are appropriate in nature to counter unlawful access, loss, destruction, falsification, and disclosure of personal information. Security management measures shall be improved if known to be in adequate due to changes in social situations.
  4. We shall abide by laws and regulations related to protection of personal information, guidelines provided by the government, industry customers, and generally accepted code of ethics.
  5. Personal information protection control system, its related regulations, and personal information protection system shall be regularly and continuously reviewed and improved.

■Matters regarding the handling of job offerors’ information and job seekers’ personal information

We will handle personal information obtained from job seekers or job offerors appropriately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law and our rules for the proper management of personal information.
Our rules for the proper management of personal information are as follows.

  1. Only employees in our Sales Division and employees in our Administration Department shall handle personal information.
  2. The job placement manager shall be the person responsible for handling personal information.
  3. Once every year, job placement managers shall provide education and guidance on the handling of personal information to employees who handle personal information in the business, as listed in (1). Additionally, job placement managers shall attend a training course for job placement business managers at least once every five years and endeavor to acquire knowledge and information on matters related to the protection of personal information.
  4. When there is a request to disclose personal information made by the individual concerned, the handler shall disclose information based on objective facts such as the individual’s qualifications and professional experience without delay. Additionally, when there is a request for correction based on this disclosure (including deletion; hereinafter the same), if the content of the request matches the objective facts, the correction shall be made without delay.
  5. Furthermore, the job placement manager shall endeavor to inform job seekers and others of the handling of disclosure or correction of personal information.
  6. If a complaint regarding the personal information of a job seeker and so on is made by the individual concerned, the person responsible for handling complaints will handle it appropriately in good faith.
  7. The person responsible for handling complaints regarding the handling of personal information shall be the job placement manager.

■Matters concerning the handling of complaints

Complaints from job seekers or job offerors will be handled in good faith.

■Matters concerning the refund system

We have a refund system (a system that refunds all or part of the handling fee if a job seeker who has been introduced
to a company leaves the company early) in which the details are agreed upon in the contract with the job offeror.

We manage job openings for all positions in Japan and overseas (job types: all; region: Japan and the People’s Republic of China).

We take a referral fee from the job poster (i.e., the employer) as a completion bonus.
There is no charge for this service on the registrant’s side.

This fee chart is based on the Employment Security Act and has been submitted to the Ministry of Health, Labor and
Welfare.
The fees are set with a maximum limit and the fees for your company will be set forth in a separate agreement.

■Scope of occupations covered

In principle, if a job seeker who has been employed through a referral resigns for his or her own reasons or is terminated due to dismissal through his or her own fault within 3 months of employment, the referral fee received shall be returned to the job poster in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below.
If the employment contract is terminated within one month after starting work: 60%
If the employment contract is terminated after more than one month but within two months after starting work: 40% If the employment contract is terminated after more than two months but within three months after starting work: 20% If the successful applicant retires or is dismissed for reasons other than those stipulated in the previous paragraph, our company shall not be required to return any part of the referral fee received, and if there are unpaid referral fees, the employer must pay said unpaid fees to our company in full.
In some cases, other provisions about the refund system may be established separately in the Human Resources Introduction Basic Contract.
