In addition to paid vacation days, employees are granted five days of summer vacation. Moreover, nursing and caregiving leave allow for twice the legally mandated number of days, and nursing leave can be used until the child reaches elementary school age (legally, until before elementary school enrollment).

Thriving in a flexible environment
where I can devote myself to work

I’ve been in sales in the advertising industry for a long time, but I’ve had many opportunities to think about my own purpose, so I decided to make a career change. I’m dedicated to supporting job seekers in their career transitions while contributing to client businesses through talent. At j Career, although we work fully remotely, we have generous leave policies for nursing, caregiving, and other types, allowing for a balanced workload.

Working four days a week,
enjoying both private and work life

While working at a foreign financial institution, I felt a strong desire to do work that helps others, so I jumped into this industry. At first, I was anxious because I didn’t even understand the terminology, but with thorough training and mentorship, I quickly adapted. When I received words of thanks from those I recruited, I felt overwhelming joy and thought, “I’m glad I made this career change.” Now, while enjoying hobbies like running (including completing the Tokyo Marathon and serving as a Hakone Ekiden official), I lead fulfilling days.

An environment where we respect
each other and can challenge what

When I joined j Career, I worked full-time, but after maternity and childcare leave, I continued working part-time. Many companies only allow part-time work until the child is three years old, but at j Career, regardless of the child’s age or reasons other than childcare, many members work part-time or four days a week. The culture of mutual respect for this is deeply rooted. Instead of giving up something for something else, it’s a culture of brainstorming together and supporting each other to realize what we want to do!
